TPI Incorporated was formed in May of 1999 as a direct result of frustration with large monolithic companies. Traditional services companies grow at an exponential rate which makes true management impossible. TPI's core business is providing rapid, cost-effective migration of UNIX-based applications to the Windows operating environment. TPI currently provides software engineering, Oracle database engineering, and program management services for the IRS Project Development Offices in Dallas, TX and Washington, DC.
